Wes Matthews inked a four-year, $70 million deal with Mavericks even after coming off an Achilles tear. Matthews averaged just over 12 points a game in his first campaign with the Mavs. He helped them to a 42-40 record and the first round of the playoffs. With a year and a half since the injury, this 2016-17 season should see WessyWes return to even more of his old self.
Matthews went home to Madison, WI to coach and inspire a group of young boys and girls. While at his basketball camp, he taught them about basketball and life. Check out video of the camp up top.
