AND1 TYBA Finals Notebook

Last Saturday and Sunday (July 9th & 10th), the Finals of the Talented Youth Basketball Association went down in Atlanta. This tournament jump started the first weekend of the NCAA Live Period. Teams competed for the TYBA Championship along with competing for college basketball scholarships.

17U/Unsigned Senior Division- SI Select out of Illinois defeated Team Vision (KY) to earn the 17u Championship, winning 68-61.

16U/ 10th Grade Division- CH All Starts (KY) defeated SI Titans (IN) to win the 16U division

15U/ 9th Grade Division- Team Vision (KY) defeated Charlotte Court (KY) to earn the crown of the 15U division

Super athletic wing that attacks the rim in a hurry.

2017 Connor Wilson 5-11 PG – SI Select/ Ohio County High School (KY)

Sharp shooting  PG that can take over a game by scoring or getting others involved.

2017 Micheal Mccormick 6-7 PF- SI Select (IL)

Solid big man that rebounds well and has strong post moves around the block.

2018 Gannon Couch 6-0 Guard- CH All Stars (KY)

Sharp shooting guard.

2018 Bobby Hale 6-4 Forward- CH All Stars (KY)

Sharp shooter, can score in bunches

2018 Branson Couch 6-1 guard- CH All Stars (KY)

Sharp shooter.

2019 Chase Sanders 6-1 Guard- Team Vision/ Corbin High School (KY)

Strong player that proved he can knock down big shots time after time.

2019 Jacob Rice 5-10 PG- Team Vision/ Johnson Central (KY)

Heady point guard that makes everyone on the court better.

2019 Brody Barton 6-0 Guard- Team Vision/ Corbin (KY)

Tough guard that plays hard every possession.

2019 Anthony Atkins 6-2 Forward- Team Vision/Larue County High School (KY)

Undersize post that can score inside and out.
