Here’s a look at the Air Jordan Retro XI ‘Concord’ Holiday 2011, which will continue the Christmas Air Jordan Retro XI tradition with its release in December. Images via Kix and the City.

UPDATE: According to Counterkicks, these images may be photoshopped:

Photos of what’s being claimed as this year’s Air Jordan 11 Retro “Concord” release are currently circulating various sneaker blogs and all the usual sneaker glory holes of the Internets. We’re being told by our sources however that these images are likely staged/faked and not an actual sample or production version of the shoe, just made to look like one. While we can confirm the general look of the shoe is correct and the 2011 retro “Concord” XI does indeed carry a blue-tinted sole, it’s likely the actual build of this purported pair was pieced together from scrap parts of previous Air Jordan 11 Retro models to promote VMVinc‘s pre-sale of the shoe. The most noticeable element of the staging can be seen on the bottom of this Air Jordan 11, which exhibit a blacked-out, photoshopped-over masking of the exposed section of the carbon fiber midfoot plate.

Authentic photos of sample or production versions of the Air Jordan 11 Retro “Concord” will be out soon, we are informed. While you chew through this news, look for a December 23, 2011, release date and an elevated $180 price point for the highly anticipated Air Jordan 11 “Concord” bring back.
