The NBA’s Eastern Conference Finals kicked off last night in Atlanta and the Cavs’ J.R. Smith—sporting the ‘USA’ Nike LeBron 12 Low—made it a memorable one as he dropped eight 3-pointers en route to a 28-point night and a 97-89 road victory over the Hawks. LeBron James continued his King-like play in another Nike LeBron 12 PE, as he filled up the stat sheet once again, finishing the evening with 31 points, 8 boards, and 6 assists.
In defeat, Jeff Teague—rocking the adidas Crazylight Boosts he’s been wearing all season long—continued his solid play in leading the Hawks with 27 points and 4 assists. In defeat, the Hawks also suffered an injury to one of its key players, DeMarre Carroll. Carroll, who normally rocks the Nike LeBron 12, opted for the Nike Air Zoom Flight the Glove and suffered a leg injury late in the final period.
