NBA Playoff Kicks of the Night

Monday night featured a pair of memorable games and even more notable kicks. We lead off in San Antonio where the Thunder came away with a controversial 98-97 victory. The two players involved in the “no call” were Dion Waiters, wearing the Nike Kobe XI Elite Low “Muse,” and Manu Ginobili, in the Nike KD 8. While that play is currently the hot topic of debate this morning, plenty of sneakerheads are certainly discussing the heat Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook had on their feet. Durant brought out a bright OKC blue pair of his Nike KD 8 while Westbrook officially debuted the “Red Cosmos” Air Jordan XXX PE, a pair he was spotted wearing during a recent Thunder practice.

In Cleveland, the Hawks almost pulled an epic comeback as they rallied from a late 18-point deficit only to fall short as the Cavs took Game 1, 104-93. LeBron James rocked a white-on-white colorway of his Nike LeBron 13 Elite and Kyrie Irving went with a black/gradient Nike Kyrie 2. Dennis Schroder led the Hawks with 27 points in a pair of fresh Nike Hyperdunks while Paul Millsap continued to rock the Nike HyperLive.
