Elite Eight’s Best Kicks

Easter weekend saw the Elite Eight duke it out for a spot in next week’s NCAA Tournament Final Four and when the dust settled, a cinderella remained amongst three of top teams going into the tourney. Syracuse continued its magical ride with an upset of the Midwest’s top seed, Virginia. In that game, London Perrantes of the Cavaliers had the standout sneaker as he wore the Nike Zoom Kobe 3 Prelude, while Malachi Richardson of the Orangemen helped propel the his squad to victory in the Nike KD 7 “Christmas.”

Kansas saw their title dreams dashed as Villanova bested the Jayhawks in their matchup, 64-59. Daniel Ochefu in the Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier IX and Josh Hart in the Nike Kobe 9 Elite “Brave Blue” were amongst the standouts for the Wildcats. In Anaheim, with Kobe Bryant in attendance, Buddy Hield scorched the Oregon Ducks for 37 points while wearing the Nike Kobe X Elite Low to lead the Sooners to the Final Four. Finally, North Carolina kept its dreams alive as it bested Notre Dame 88-74 led by the play of Brice Johnson who wore the Jordan CP3.IX.
