Celtics TV analyst Brian Scalabrine floated a rumor this morning that Klay Thompson may be “available”, and that Boston could be in play for the All-Star shooting guard’s services.

Once the soundbite went viral, Scalabrine was quick to walk back his commments.

The Golden State Warriors are reportedly not interested in negotiating any type of deal for Thompson.
On the Klay Thompson-to-Boston front, Warriors are shooting down the notion that there have been any actual talks. Interesting idea though.
