Sources: Stephen Curry To Join Under Armour

Warriors guard Stephen Curry is set to leave Nike and join Under Armour, sources say. Under Armour has not confirmed the news, but Curry will debut his UA kicks commitment at Warriors media day Friday.

The Golden State star averaged 22.9 ppg, 6.9 apg and 4.0 rpg last season in 78 games played. Curry set the single-season record for three-pointers made in 2012-13, with 272. And, after considering offers from every major footwear brand this offseason, Curry has settled on UA.

He joins an Under Armour roster that already includes Brandon Jennings, Raymond Felton, Kemba Walker, DeAndre Jordan and Greivis Vasquez. Since entering the League in 2009, Steph wore Nikes his entire career until this season. His Nike deal expires this month.
