Steph Curry Surprises Teenagers with Free UA Kicks

Warriors superstar PG Stephen Curry had quite the All-Star Weekend. After debuting a new ad campaign for his Under Armour Curry One with Jamie Foxx and then winning the 3-Point Shootout on Saturday night in Brooklyn with a dazzling performance—not to mention competing in the Shooting Stars with his dad, Dell—you’d think Steph might want to take some time off before the All-Star Game tipped off on Sunday night.

Nope. Instead, Steph stopped by the Under Armour Soho Brand House in NYC on Sunday morning. While there, he spotted a group of 11 teenagers looking to cop some Curry Ones. So what did Steph do? Bought each of them a pair himself. Check out the photo below, via Under Armour:

A few hours later, Curry dropped 15 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists in a 163-158 win for the Western Conference in the “Dark Matter” colorway of his signature UA sneaker.

The “Dark Matter” and “Home” colorway of the Curry One went on sale worldwide on Friday and are available at UA Brand Houses, UA.com, Foot Locker, Eastbay, Champs, Finish Line and Dick’s.
