Earlier today, SLAM 167 cover boy Andrew Wiggins was named Gatorade’s High School Player of the Year. The uncommitted senior averaged 23.4 ppg, 11.2 rpg, 2.6 bpg and 2.5 apg while leading his team (Huntington (WV) Prep) to a 30-3 record. As expected, the versatile swingman’s season was chock full of highlights that show why many believe that he is the next big thing in the NBA.
