Cavs: Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love Don’t Have a Weed-Related Celebration (VIDEO)

TV cameras caught Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love sharing an interesting celebratory moment Monday night, following a 118-111 win over the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Cleveland Cavaliers say their two All-Stars weren’t pretending to smoke a joint; they were simply “sharpening” their ‘staches. (It is Movember, after all.)

That’s the Cavs’ story, and they’re sticking to it.

Per the AP:

The Cavs sent out an email to clarify the gesture, saying Love and Irving are “quickly sharpening the end of an imaginary mustache at the end of their exchange with each other. It has nothing to do with smoking a joint.”

Irving and Love both have real mustaches and beards.

Irving scored 32 points and Love added 22 as the Cavs beat the Pelicans 118-111 to improve to 3-3.
