Draymond Green and Kevin Durant Laughed at Utah Coach for Not Surrendering

The Golden State Warriors took care of the Utah Jazz 106-99 Thursday night, but Quin Snyder had a tough time accepting that his team had no chance of pulling off a last-second miracle.

The timeout-calling antics of Utah’s hyper-intense head coach greatly amused Draymond Green and Kevin Durant.

The Dubs have now won four in a row.

Per the Mercury News:

With that late, inevitable push, the Warriors finished off this wounded Jazz team. A little theatrics still remained. Kevin Durant was hit with his fifth technical of the season for chirping at referee Monty McCutchen late.

“I got to just shut up,” Durant said. “Because they basically get to say what they want, act how they want and I got to be better about controlling my emotions. I knew it was coming. That was a stupid tech by me.”

But Draymond Green eased the mood, coming over to Durant to calm him down and share a laugh, which summed up the Warriors’ cruising mindset on this night. […] “We were laughing that Quin Snyder kept calling timeouts,” Green said. “Like, bro, you’re down 10 with six seconds left. It’s kind of over my man. Let’s just go to the restaurant, have a good dinner and just chill.”
