Hawks Extend Winning Streak to 17 With Win Over Nets (VIDEO)

The Atlanta Hawks held on for a 113-102 win Wednesday night in Brooklyn, extend their winning streak to 17 games. The Hawks are now a ridiculous 38-8, and have won 31 of their last 33 games.

They were led on Wednesday by Paul Millsap, who had 28 points and 15 rebounds, and was 15-16 from the free-throw line, and Al Horford, who had 20 points and ten rebounds. In typical Hawks fashion, though, the effort against the Nets was a balanced one. Jeff Teague had 13 points and 11 assists. Kyle Korver had 17 points and was 5-8 from deep. Dennis Schroeder had 13 points off the bench. This team is playing at an insanely high level right now and deserves to have four players on the All-Star team, especially when you take into account just how bad the rest of the conference has been.
