Jazz Sign Joe Johnson To 2-Year, $22 Million Deal

After addressing their point guard spot by trading for George Hill in a pre-draft trade, the Utah Jazz focused their attention on bringing in a wing player in free agency.

They got their man Joe Johnson, who agreed to a two-year pact worth $22 million. Despite the eight-figure deal, Johnson has actually made more, per year, for the last 11 years.

The 15-year vet becomes Utah’s only player over the age of 30 who’s currently under contract for next season.
