Indiana Pacers guard Lance Stephenson tossed in an amazing layup against the Atlanta Hawks, while brutally crashing to the floor in the third quarter Tuesday night. Stephenson said he was OK following the game. Per the Indy Star:
He got hit by (Paul) Millsap while he was at the peak of his jump and landed awkwardly. He stayed on the court for a while but got up, took time to gather himself during a timeout and came back on to the court to shoot a free throw.
Oh, and by the way, his layup went in.
He later left the game for treatment.
After the game, while limping toward the trainer’s room, Stephenson said, “I feel good.”
