Jimmy Butler scored a career-high 36 points, but it wasnā€™t enough for the Bulls. Isaiah Thomas scored all 20 of his points in the second half.

Heat 81 (12-8), Hornets 99 (13-8)

Dwyane Wade’s 800th career game turned out to be an ugly loss. Nic Batum put up his first triple-double in a Hornet uniform with 10 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists. And Hairsanity continues…

Rockets 109 (11-12), Wizards 103 (9-11)

James Harden exploded for 42 points, his sixth 40-plus point game this season. The loudest Wiz fans got was when they got free chicken sandwiches after Dwight Howard missed two free throws.

Grizzlies 93 (13-10), Pistons 92 (12-11)

Matt Barnes’ insane halfcourt game-winnerĀ gave Memphis a 93-92 win. The GrizzĀ had three timeouts and about three seconds to draw up a play, but hey, that’s why we love Matt Barnes.

Spurs 94 (18-5), Raptors 97 (14-9)

Toronto never trailed and handed San Antonio just its first loss in five games. Kawhi Leonard was dealing with stomach poisoning after eating a Philly cheesesteak, and finished with just 9 points.

Clippers 109 (13-9), Bucks 95 (9-14)

Chris Paul had 18 points and 18 assists, JJ Redick had a season-high 31 points, andĀ DeAndre Jordan knight’d Greg Monroe.

Lakers 122 (3-19), T-Wolves 123 (9-12)

D’Angelo Russell sent the game to OT with a last-second shot in regulation, but L.A. didn’t have enough in OT. Kevin Martin dropped 37 points and Karl-Anthony Towns had 26 points and 14 boards.

Magic 104 (12-10), Suns 107 (10-13)

Phoenix blew a 10-point lead with 4:31 left, but hung on to win. Brandon Knight only had two field goals in the first half, but finished with 21 points and 6 steals.

Knicks 85 (10-13), Jazz 106 (10-10)

It was the worst night of the season for the Knicks, as they were outplayed from the start. Carmelo Anthony and Kristaps Porzingis combined for just 16 points.

Hawks 98 (14-9), Mavs 95 (13-10)

The Mavs shot just 36 percent on the night, but still led 93-89 with 3:07 to play. The Hawks went on a 7-0 run and didn’t look back.
