Slamadaday: Deron Williams on Andrew Bynum

DWill looked fantastic against the Lakers, but even his 25 points and 13 dimes weren’t enough to carry the Jazz to a win. Taking on the Lakers in the first round won’t be any easier, Williams knew. Interestingly, he told Jazz reporter Ross Siler that he’s aiming to take his game to another stratosphere in the first round. Siler writes: “‘I’m going to have to from the start,’ Williams said when asked about taking over. ‘Just try to do it all.’ He didn’t disagree when I tossed out 30 points and 15 assists as one target number for that.” Usually, it’s all about the team with Deron, but don’t be surprised if he takes the game into his own hands in the near future.
