Despite getting off to an 0-8 start in 2016, the Pelicans have remained competitive in the Western Conference. Tim Frazier can take much of the credit for this; the former Nittany Lion carved out a rotation spot while Jrue Holiday was sidelined. Earlier tonight, Frazier double-doubled against a capable Hawks team, leading the Pels to their third straight W.
Also helping in a reserve role was Terrence Jones, who poured in 17 points off the bench.
