WATCH: D’Angelo Russell Tosses First Pitch at Dodgers Game

Los Angeles Lakers rookie guard D’Angelo Russell showed off his southpaw form, just missing the strike zone Monday night prior to the Dodgers’ dramatic 5-4 win against the visiting San Francisco Giants.

Per the Lakers’ team website:

D’Angelo Russell has gotten used to tossing a ball in front of about 18,000 people as Ohio State’s point guard at Value City Arena. So the pressure was on when he took the mound on Monday at 56,000-seat Dodger Stadium.

Nonetheless, the Lakers rookie threw a solid first pitch to backup catcher Austin Barnes. […] Russell showed up well before the Dodgers took on the San Francisco Giants to get loose in his custom jersey.
