WATCH: Dwight Howard Shoots Jumpers to Improve His Free-Throws

According to Dwight Howard’s trainer, the best way for the big fella to improve at the charity stripe, is by shooting 19-footers.

Howard, a career 56.8 percent shooter from the free-throw line, has been hoisting up plenty of jumpers this summer in the hopes of building up his muscle memory.

The veteran center inked a three-year, $70.5 million contract with his hometown Hawks; he says he’s healthy and aiming to bring an NBA title to Atlanta.
