The NBA fined Austin Rivers $25,000 for throwing a seat cushion into the stands on Wednesday in Sacramento, hitting a woman about 20 rows up in the face.
The incident occurred in the fourth quarter with the Kings in midst of a comeback from a 15-point deficit.
