Dwyane Wade was fired up during his first game in Chicago earlier this week. After he hit a back-breaking 3-pointer at the end of regulation, Wade made a throat slash gesture that was picked up by the TNT cameras.
The NBA called Wade’s gesture “inappropriate” and fined him $25,000. The future Hall of Famer was quick to apologize on Twitter:
I wanna apologize to my young fans on my gesture at the end of last nights game. I was caught up in the emotions of my first game at home.
