Having ruled himself out of Monday night’s preseason tilt between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Memphis Grizzlies due to a sore left hamstring, J.R. Smith enjoyed his time off by indulging in some cotton candy.
Smith tracked down an usher and wolfed down the sweet stuff as the Cavs fell to a 0-3 preseason record.

David Blatt says the injury isn’t serious.
Per the NEOMG:
“Not tonight,” Smith said as he began treatment. Smith said he tweaked the hamstring during a recent workout and it has been bothering him for a few days. He was held out of Thursday’s preseason game against the Philadelphia 76ers and has not practiced the last few days.
“It’s not a serious injury, on the other hand it’s a tricky thing that you really, really have to be cautious of and that’s what we’ve been doing,” Blatt said. “We haven’t pressed it and we haven’t pushed it. If he’s not 100 percent, he won’t play.”
