WATCH: Jimmy Butler Says He’s a Better Wide Receiver Than NFL All-Pro Antonio Brown

Jimmy Butler showed off his skills on the football field earlier this summer and now the Bulls star is telling people that he could make it in the NFL. During a media session before today’s Gold medal game against Serbia, Jimmy said that he could take the spots of NFL All-Pro’s Antonio Brown and Demaryius Thomas.

“I really love the game of football. I think I’m really good at it. I could probably take Demaryius Thomas’ spot, Antonio Brown’s spot,” Butler said. “I told them they’re lucky I’m playing in the Olympics or I would be getting a franchise tag from one of their organizations.”

Butler’s Team USA teammates don’t have as much confidence in the All-Star’s gridiron skills.

“He’s an idiot,” said Kevin Durant, “Jimmy’s an idiot.”
