Joakim Noah’s World: Bulls > Pistons

by Marcel Mutoni

I’m envious of Joakim Noah. No, not because he gets to play a child’s game for a living and earns millions doing it – though, that certainly plays a small role – but because he simply sees the world differently from everyone else.

His mind is able to access alternate realities; thus he is happier than you or I.

In Noah’s world, the Chicago Bulls (25-38) are a better team than the Detroit Pistons (46-17).

“I feel like we’re different, but I feel like at the same time, with our style of play, there’s no reason why we shouldn’t have beat that team,” Noah said.

“I think Detroit’s a great team, but I still feel like we’re better than them, really. I feel like we’re a better team.”

I don’t even really have a response here. One thing is for certain, though: The drugs in Chicago are fantastic!
