Wall made the declaration during a workout session in Miami with LeBron James and Wizards teammate Kelly Oubre Jr.

The All-Star point guard also made a list of the League’s top hoopers: Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant, LeBron, Kawhi Leonard, and Stephen Curry.
