Wizards rookie Kelly Oubre’s first notable act in the NBA didn’t occur on the court.

Oubre grabbed for his groin in celebration of Bradley Beal sunk the game-winning three with 0.3 seconds left in Wednesday’s Wizards-Spurs game, costing him $15,000 to the League.

Oubre had his best game as a pro following the fine, scoring 7 points in 14 minutes against the Celtics on Friday.
