The Hawks’ Kent Bazemore gave away a bunch of shoes this weekend in Atlanta to kids and adults alike. Apparently, there were a lot of size 14s to go around.

More details below, via the Hawks:

Bazemore, one of the most active and outgoing community advocates on the Atlanta Hawks’ roster, gave away dozens of pairs of shoes to Atlantans at the Atlanta BBQ Festival over the weekend.

Though not scheduled to make an appearance at the event, Bazemore spotted the Hawks Flight Crew truck at Atlantic Station and stopped by. Most of the shoes went to kids, though there were several adults who benefitted from the giveaway as well.

This isn’t the first time Bazemore has done this. Before a March 3 game at Philips Arena, he brought a cart full of shoes onto the court and gave them away to young fans who had made their way to the game early to watch warm-ups. Bazemore is sponsored by Under Armour, hence the excess footwear.
