According to the Denver Post, Kenyon Martin may make his season debut this week (but it’s unlikely): “The Nuggets were without three key rotation players Saturday night. But all three could play in Denver’s next game Wednesday at San Antonio — notably veteran forward Kenyon Martin, who has been out all season. ‘I think everybody has a chance,’ Denver coach George Karl said of Chauncey Billups (wrist), Chris Andersen (back) and Martin, who has battled back after knee surgery during the summer. This month, Martin suggested that his ideal return would be the Christmas game at Oklahoma City. But Karl said it’s possible that Denver’s best defensive player could return for the road game against the Spurs. ‘Bird (Andersen) and Kenyon are little less (likely) than Chauncey,’ Karl said. ‘I think Chauncey will be ready by Wednesday.’”
