LeBron James on Winning Finals MVP if Cavs Lose: ‘I Wouldn’t Feel Good About It At All’

LeBron James has been so good in the NBA Finals that he may win the Finals MVP award even if the Cavs lose the series.

But when asked about the possibility, LeBron wasn’t the least bit excited.

He’s been the best player in the series, and it really hasn’t been close—averaging 36.6 points, 12.4 rebounds and 8.8 assists over five games. LeBron would become just the second player to accomplish such a feat (Jerry West won the award in 1969 despite losing to the Celtics in the Finals).
