LeBron James is Alex Rodriguez?

The New York Times came out with a fantastic feature that looks at A-Rod’s and Bron’s early years, and guesses at what James could be like towards the end of his career:”Like Rodriguez, James grew up without a father to guide him. Like Rodriguez, James was anointed as the future of his sport as a teenager, then largely lived up to the hype. Like Rodriguez, James became a free agent at 25 after playing seven years for his first team without winning a championship.Rodriguez played for the Seattle Mariners from 1994 through 2000, when his team lost in the playoffs for the third time. The Mariners had tried to sign him after the 1998 season, offering Rodriguez a contract that would have made him the highest-paid player in baseball. Rodriguez passed, choosing to explore free agency.”
