LeBron James is under contract to sell his waterfront home in Coconut Grove, FL, near Miami. It most recently was listed for $15 million.

The three-story, six-bedroom mansion features a wine cellar, home theater with stadium seating, and entertainment wing with a lounge area, game room and wet bar. The estate includes a dock big enough for two yachts and an infinity-edge pool with waterfall features and custom lighting.
