In case you missed it… The (second) greatest arcade machine ever conceived (after Street Fighter II, for those keeping count) is heading to your place in 2010. NBA JAM will soon be unleashed on the Nintendo Wii, thanks to EA Sports, and the best part – we get to elect the NBA players who will appear on the game’s final rosters. Up for you consideration (and currently on the clock) are a trio of “new” franchise’s with the New York Knicks; New Jersey Nets and New Orleans Hornets on the board.

The players eligible for your New York Knicks include:

SF – Al Harrington
SF – Danilo Gallinari
PF – David Lee
SG – Wilson Chandler
SG – Nate Robinson
SG – Larry Hughes.
(Sadly, no Chris Duhon, sorry.)

The team from Garden State is running with:

PG – Devin Harris
C – Brook Lopez
PF – Yi Jianlian
SF – Chris Douglas-Roberts
PG – Rafer Alston
SG – Courtney Lee

While the Hornets feature:

PG – Chris Paul
PF – David West
SF – Peja Stojakovic
C – Emeka Okafor
SG – Devin Brown
SF – Marcus Thornton

You only have to select three players but if you wanna have your say, you better be quick because voting for these team’s closes on February 1… at which point the next three will become available. To vote, visit NBA-JAM.easports.com.
