NBA Reschedules Pacers/Bulls Game for February 4

A makeup date has been established for a Chicago Bulls/Indiana Pacers game that was wiped out on December 26 due to bad weather. The Pacers aren’t exactly thrilled with the new date, and with good reason. Per the Indy Star: “The league announced Wednesday that the game will be made up Feb. 4. Just another Monday game in the NBA, right? Wrong. Playing the Bulls on Feb. 4 won’t impact the Pacers that night, but it could impact them the next night or the night after that. The Pacers also play Feb. 5 and 6, which means they’ll be playing back-to-back-to-back games. The Bulls, in meantime, don’t play Feb. 3 or the Feb. 5. Pacers coach Frank Vogel wasn’t trying to cause any problems when asked about it before Wednesday’s game against Washington. ‘It’s really out of our control,’ he said. ‘We knew it was going to be tough to schedule a game like that. I thought we might play it the day after it was cancelled, which would have been three games in three nights.'”
