The SLAM Midseason podcast

By Sam Rubenstein

This is a labor of love. I’ve been writing the online teaser for the magazine, and I promised a midseason podcast, and I don’t want to live the rest of my life as a lying liar like Nick Saban. I forced these segments on the staff last Thursday and it went on so long that I needed to chop it up into a bunch of little pieces and reduce the quality to analog tape recored from the 1970’s level. The Eastern Conference and Western Conference picks segment is just too long, so unless there’s a demand for that, you’ll have to make do with our midseason awards picks. I want to thank the participants. Ben Osborne, Khalid Salaam, Lang Whitaker, and Konate Primus. Thank you for taking 20 minutes of your busy day, even though this is part of your JOBS. As you will soon hear, the only thing that held me back from going on The White Rapper show and winning all the money is my voice.

So here you are. We don’t let you just download stuff to keep on your computer (unless you know the secret trick), you’ve got to listen to them here. Hope you enjoy.
