If you missed your opportunity to enter Draftstreet.com’s fantasy basketball challenge freeroll each of the last 3 months—when DS handed out $250 in free prizes exclusively to SLAMonline readers who built the best team of NBA players based on salary cap restrictions—here’s your chance to make up for it. The one-night contest is back yet again for April, this Friday night only, so here’s your next chance to prove to the world you can build a contender. The contest is free to enter, and six (!) winners will take home cash, so check out some of the other details and sign up today!

This free contest will be salary-cap style drafting where everyone tries to assemble the best team out of the available players. You will have a $100,000 budget to build a team of 2 forwards, 2 guards, 2 centers, and 2 utility players. Each NBA player has been assigned a price based on their expected fantasy performance—you’ll have to use your GM skills, since you won’t be able to afford an All-Star team. You can adjust your roster up until the contest starts on Friday April 20 at 7:00pm ET, at which time your rosters will lock and the Live Scoreboard will be available.

Remember, this freeroll is exclusive to SLAMonline readers, so not only do your chances of winning go up, but you’ll have the chance to compete against the rest of the SLAM community head-to-head. Click here to enter the freeroll!
