LEXINGTON, Ky. and INDIANAPOLIS – Joining forces to showcase the best in high school basketball competitions, iHigh.com®, the Global Youth Network, announced an online partnership with iHoops, the official youth basketball organization of the NCAA and NBA. As part of the alliance, iHigh.com will launch the “iHoops Game of the Week powered by iHigh.com,” which will provide iHoops.com with live weekly broadcasts of some of the nation’s top boys and girls basketball games.

Additionally, iHoops.com, the premier online destination for youth basketball with more than 750,000 visitors per month, will deliver to iHigh.com, the fastest growing website in the youth web market, extensive content including the iHoops.com national and regional high school basketball rankings, and basketball training videos and educational tools featuring top college and NBA coaches and players.

“Teaming up with a champion of youth sports and activities such as iHigh.com will further our mission to improve the quality of youth basketball by providing tens of thousands of kids who log on each week to iHoops.com access to watch top competitions and learn from some of the best high school players,” said iHoops Director of Programs Greg Turner.

All partnered broadcasts on iHoops and the up-to-date schedule can be found at www.ihoops.com/locker-room/ihoops-tv

Founded by CEO Jim Host, iHigh.com started with a focus on high schools nearly 12 years ago.  More recently, iHigh has rapidly expanded its offerings to small colleges and universities, private schools and youth organizations large and small such as iHoops, USA Swimming, the NJCAA, the National High School Rodeo Association, BMX, debate, FFA and others. iHigh provides full-featured, robust websites and live streaming broadcast software to schools and organizations at no cost.  The iHigh.com platform also includes a new profile system with patent-pending “iHigh-liting” technology that allows users to “clip” their plays from other videos on their site and then highlight these clips in their profile.

“Through partnering with iHigh, iHoops.com will become the go-to location for all youth basketball content,” Host notes. “As the leader of high school and youth live broadcasts of basketball from around the U.S., viewers on iHoops.com will be able to see some of the best high school players, their profiles and their iHigh-lites and will also be able to follow their favorite teams as they move up the iHoops rankings that will be featured exclusively on iHoops.com and iHigh,” said Host.
