WATCH: James Harden Leads Rockets To Win With Triple-Double

James Harden declared himself the best player and point guard in the League and his early season play is making his claims tough to argue with. Harden, who is averaging 30.6 points, 13 assists and 7.6 rebounds per game, went off again as he dropped 24-15-12 to lead the Rockets to a 101-99 win over the Spurs.

Following the game, Gregg Popovich lauded Harden’s passing ability and called him, “one of the best players in the League:”

“He’s always been a great passer,” San Antonio coach Gregg Popovich told ESPN. “He has the ball in his hands a lot more as the point guard. He is one of the best players in the league. Very difficult to guard.”
