Oak Hill’s Quinn Cook, one of the top guards in the nation, has announced that he will join Austin Rivers at Duke next season. The 6-1 guard narrowed down his list of suitors to either the Blue Devils or UCLA. Cook is really close to current Duke senior guard Nolam Smith.
