Kevin Love done with college already?

A lot of people assumed he was staying, committed to the program, his growth as a player. Is he?

    i know he’s big, so he’s got some strength, but he does looks like he’s not packing much muscle, i think he should add some during the offseason, come back next yr and really dominate and raise his status in the draft next yr.

    I’ll bite Ryan although I’m pro-Love.Main reasons people don’t seem to like him:(1)He seems pudgee and unathletic-these people need to be entertained.(2)He’s white,(3)It’s obvious he’s been getting more p*ssy at UCLA than you can shake a stick at,well a p*ssy stick anyway(4)People are stupid.

    KLove = Josh McRoberts 2.0? I honestly laughed at that.

    KLove can actually ball. He’s not the most athletic, that’s for sure, but that guy in the right system can really flourish. McRoberts has never, and will never be the playa playa KLove is and will become. I can see him being a starter for the most part of his career. Dude is going to need to lose a bit of weight though. KLove for NBA Most Improved Player in 2013.

    I think Kev Love X already looks a little slimmer than when the s4eason starts. I wouldn’t be mad if the Spurs picked him in the late 1st round. I think he’ll have a better career than Hansborough.

    the guy is athletic, but he could seriously dominate with some more strength training to add power, if i were him i’d declare also since I wouldn’t want to lose the opportuniy, but i think best case scenario for him is to stay, improve, dominate, go sure top 3 next yr.

    Anyway, I’m sure izzo’s right. Other than cats like the good Captain, who long ago confirmed their complete lack of judgment (and do so in a way that implies they can’t possibly be serious, and might also be Sam in disguise, but I’ll play along anyway), I am truly and seriously waiting for someone to explain what’s so wrong with Kevin Love’s game. The fact that people who spend a lot of time thinking about and watching basketball, as most posters here theoretically do, are so down on him is mind-boggling to me. There, again, my mind just boggled.

    He wont go Top 3, no matter how long he waits. McRoberts aint as bad as yall say, shoulda stayed at Duke though, he’ll probably emerge as a Brad Miller type in a couple years if he continues working.

    I don’t like to talk about players before they hit the league (Official Adam Morrisson bandwagon jumper), so I have to sit on the fence with ‘Big Kev’ Love. He has the solid game that so many of these ‘freak’ athletes lack, but maybe he will just be another big body taking up space in the league. But then, who thought Carlos Boozer was gonna turn into a BEAST…Plus Kev can shoot some…lets me positive, a star on the rise!

    He needs to wait at least 1, if not 2, more years. My D-League comment was not hating on his game as much as hating on his lack of conditioning. Dude cannot play more than 5 minutes without getting winded. I saw live against Michigan earlier this year, and they literally had to pull him out of the game every 3-5 minutes for breathers because he was winded and couldn’t keep up. Imagine what NBA players will do to him.

    What’s so different between Boozer and Love,both have similar bodies,Love is actually taller.He’ll obviously need development like just about every rookie in the history of the universe,to call him a bust before he gets a chance to prove himself is stupid.Even if I turn out to be wrong in this one,I’ll be right because of the lack of an argument by the haters of Love.

    I agree with Russ’s 3:16p comment, but still, his conditioning will be the difference between him being decent coming off someone’s bench or coming in as a solid contributor, possibly starting somewhere.
