Report: Memphis Moving Toward Bruce Pearl Offer

If Memphis truly is throwing $21 million over seven years at Pearl, you can bet there will be some serious talks. Pearl currently makes $1.6 million per year at UT.

    Why would he leave Tennessee to coach a Memphis. That’s like taking a step backwords…And @ mendel have u seen the kids who play for pearl? they look like they have taken ski mask way 101… tyler smith has 3 tatted tears.

    Supposedly Tyler Smith’s “tears” are for family members. I like Pearl a lot though,and think he could keep the same style of play at Memphis and possibly help to keep some of their recruiting class.
