USA Basketball 2009 Men’s U19 Team Trials Rosters Announced

USA Basketball has announced the 2009 men’s U19 team trials roster. The U19 squad will be competing at the 2009 FIBA World Championships in Auckland, New Zealand, from July 2nd to the 12th. Led by Pittsburgh head coach Jamie Dixon, Team USA will be competing against 15 other nations for the U19 men’s world crown.The list bellow are the 17 players that have been selected to tryout for the 12 rosters spots. Tryouts will take place June 16-18 at the U.S. Olympic Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

    Yep, I’ll be going to all the USA (and New Zealand) games. Helps that I live 5 minutes from where the games are being held. Most of those names I’m familiar with at least.
