Sidney Academically Cleared and Certified

We wondered if it would ever happen, but it now seems like a Riek, Varnado and Sidney frontcourt will become a reality: “Renardo Sidney has received academic clearance from the NCAA’s Eligibility Center and will enroll in school at Mississippi State either this afternoon or Tuesday morning, Sidney attorney Don Jackson said moments ago. The clearance is for his academic resume only and is independent of his amateurism inquiry. [...] As for the amateurism concerns, NCAA representatives are asking questions about how the Sidney family paid rent for their reported $1.2 million home in Los Angeles, among other things.”

Why is the damn NCAA still so wound up about kids making money? Wait, don’t answer that. I appreciate the games being played but the league itself and its policies are bull.

it’s called a job that how u pay for stuff, so the word for today is j.o.b.

  • Justin

His parents actually make enough money to pay for a $1.2 million house, they would not have named their son Renardo. That is an ignorant sounding name if there ever was one.
