Pinkston Commits to Villanova

New York City phenom Jayvaughn Pinkston has verbally committed to the Villanova Wildcats. Considered New York’s best prospect this season, the 6-6 225-pound power forward is poised to strengthen an already deep freshman class for ‘Nova. Pinkston, a senior for Brooklyn’s Bishop Loughlin H.S., has been referred to as, “the seventh-best power forward in the class of 2010 by Scout.com, which described him as: ‘Charles Barkley meets DeJuan Blair,’” according to the Philadelphia Daily News.
