Georgetown’s Freeman Diagnosed with Diabetes
Austin Freeman is again practicing with the team since being diagnosed with diabetes earlier this week. Doctors say, if properly managed, the disease will not affect Freeman’s game. The 6-4 guard said to the Washington Post: “It’s just something I’m going to have to deal with. It’s going to be a certain change in my diet and my life. But I know I can deal with it. I’ll be fine.”
