Wally Judge Quits K-State Team

Sophomore forward Wally Judge decided to quit the Kansas State program on Monday. The former McDonald’s High School All-American was apparently not  happy at the Manhattan, KS school. A Washington DC native, Judge was averaging 5.5 points and 3.8 rebounds per game this season, while starting in 11 games. Many thought his performance had been disappointing and not quite the breakout season many were expecting. The Wildcats program has been dealing with a whole lot as of late and it’s obviously going through a very frustrating season. K-State had high expectations coming into this season, but as of right now with a 14-8 overall record (2-5 in Big Ten), it seems like they are on their way to not even making the NCAA Tournament.  The program has seen a its share of players leave as of late.  Before the season began, senior Dominique Sutton left the team, and just two weeks ago forward Freddy Asprilla withdrew. As for Judge, no word on his next move.
