Polladaday: No. 1 Pick?

In our mock draft, we’ve got Kyrie Irving going first. Do you think that’s the right move?

Who should the Cavs select with the No. 1 pick?

They should Select Enes Kanter. The other two are the type of player you build around if you want to be a perpetual 8 seed.

Depends how fat Baron gets this offseason…

    Really, Soop?
Come on, Kanter can be gotten with their fourth pick.
If Cavs pick Irving, Wolves pick Williams cause the Wolves’ only strategy will be to pick whichever one of the two the Cavs don’t.
Jazz won’t draft Kanter when they’ve got Millsap and Favors.
Viola, Kanter is still there at number four.

Is there a reason as 2 why Kemba Walker isn’t being mentioned @ all? Mayb I missed something

Have y’all been watching the camp for rookies on espn I think.. Derrick Williams has done so well and hustled better than anyone. He should get first pick because he’s working his butt off

  • Wawayne Wade

As a new york ballplayer and a tribute to his amazing year i want the 1st pick to be Kemba, but if were just talkin pro prospects then williams should be #1, no argument necessary.

Good point, Rigo. Drafting Williams/Irving and Enes would be crazy and could probably turn the Cavs’ franchise around.

Good news for the Raptors; they can draft at least one of Enes Kanter, Kemba Walker, Kyrie Irving, Derrick Williams, or Brandon Knight. I have a feeling Derrick and Kyrie are going 1 and 2, so that leaves Brandon, Enes, or Kemba. Those are some pretty good options right there.
