ASU Guard Jahii Carson Ruled Ineligible

In an unfortunate news item, Arizona State guard Jahii Carson has been deemed ineligibile due to academic reasons. According to ESPN.comCarson didn’t meet the NCAA’s initial academic eligibility standards and retook the ACT test, but the school recently learned he had come up just short and appealed to the NCAA.

Carson will be able to practice with the team and will hopefully return next season to help the Sun Devils who are currently in the cellar of the Pac-12.

Yep, keep working harder than before and come back next year ready to be the best pg in the west coast. Too many cases of something like this happening, a player transferring to a jc or somewhere small and then leaving early only to spend time overseas somewhere low-level and be done with basketball by 26. Stay at ASU, work hard, compete in the pac-12/16 and become legendary.
