adidas Nations Championship Games Preview

Tonight, the world’s top high school basketball players will face off in the fifth annual adidas Nations Championship Game.

Over 150 players from 18 countries representing nine teams competed for four days to earn births to the finals.

In the championship game, USA 2012 Blue, led by center Andre Drummond (St. Thomas More School/Middleton, CT), guard Rodney Purvis (Upper Room Christian/Raleigh, NC), center Cameron Ridley (Bush HS/Richmond, TX) and forward Amile Jefferson (Friends Central HS (Philadelphia) will take on USA 2013 Red led by guards Aaron & Andrew Harrison (Travis HS/Houston), guard Elijah Brown (Mater Dei HS/Santa Ana, CA) and forward Chris Walker (Holmes HS/Bonifay, FL).

In the third place game, US 2012 Red, led by guard Gabe York (Orange Lutheran HS/ Walnut, CA), center Kaleb Tarczewski (St. Mark’s School, MA) and Kyle Anderson (St. Anthony Prep/Faiirview, NJ) will take on USA 2013 Blue led by guards Keith Frazier (Irving HS/Irving, TX) and Solomon Poole (Terry Parker HS/Jacksonville, FL).

For those of you in the Los Angeles area, the game is $10 general admission and begins at 4 pm PT time at California State University—Dominguez Hills Torodome, 1000 E. Victoria Street, Carson, CA, 90747.

The game will also be broadcast LIVE on CBS Sports Network beginning at 4 pm PT/7 pm ET.
