adidas Unveils 2012 McDonald’s All-American Uniforms

We know who this year’s McDonald’s All-Americans are, and now we know what they’ll be wearing on March 28 in Chicago when the games get underway. This year, adidas has created limited edition colorways of the new, ultra-lightweight adizero basketball uniform. More, from our friends at adidas:

Both East and West styles feature a pixelated, camouflage design to pay homage to the importance of teamwork and collaboration on court. Building on technology used in adidas Revolution 30 uniforms worn in the NBA and adidas adizero collegiate uniforms designed for the 2012 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, the jersey features ClimaCool zones designed to moves heat and moisture away from the body, preventing the jersey from gaining weight during intense play and heavy sweating. The adizero short features Formotion technology to improve mobility during quick cuts and drives.

Stay tuned to the adidas Basketball Facebook page and #adizero on Twitter for the latest on the adizero uniforms.

Adidas should give up trying to design uniforms. They’ve swung and missed on a lot of designs.

Looks like Rambo designed those first ones….. Seriously Adidas, let’s try and keep it classy not flashy. Class > Flash, every single time.

Why do they let Larry the Cable guy guy design uniforms? Adidas does realize people will be wearing these during a televised basketball game and not a paintball tournament right?

@Rik Smits Mulles, haven’t you ever heard the phrase, “A team that blends together, wins together.”

Aside from trying to hide in a volcano, where else would a red and yellow camo jersey come in handy?

wtf adidas… smh… hope that under armour or nike design those uniforms for them.

  • Rik Smits Mullet

nope never heard of that phrase. like camo on a basketball court would really blend together. its not like the other team is going to have a hard time seeing the other team. I like the phrase but it has nothing to do with bringing camo to the basketball court.

LOL. Adidas is using these uniforms to predict our next world war. US Army camo and china haha
